1.6 grams Gypsum

1.6 grams Epsom Salt

2.4 grams Non-Iodized salt

3 lbs. White Wheat Malt

10 lbs. Pilsner Malt

.5 lb. Carapils

.25 lb. Honey Malt

 

Hops:

.25 oz Magnum @ 60 minutes

1 oz Mosaic @ 20 minutes

.5 oz Mandarina Bavaria @ 20 minutes

 

Yeast:

Lallemand Bry-97 American West Coast Yeast

 

Adjuncts:

1 oz Sweet Orange Peel @ 5 minutes

.5 oz Grapefruit Peel @ 5 minutes 

. 5 oz Lemon Peel @@ 5 minutes 

.25 oz Crushed Corriander @ 5 minutes
